Starting with a stationery company at 20, Simon acquired and grew a small print business into a £4 million print group through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, later diversifying and successfully selling the company in 2017.
He then transitioned to consultancy, advising on sales, acquisitions, and succession planning, which led to business broking. With a strong manufacturing background, his hands-on experience makes him a trusted advisor in the SME space, offering first-hand insight into the challenges business owners face.
